As AM technology rapidly advances, innovation, and improved idea implementation are becoming critical for harnessing its full potential. September’s event is set to support this through a lineup of ‘special seminars’ featuring prominent speakers from both domestic and international spheres, alongside ‘exhibitor presentations’ where companies will showcase their latest products and services. In 2024, 1,500 visitors are expected to attend the two-day event.
At the 2023 edition, 67 companies and organisations from five countries and regions, including France, Korea, India and Sweden presented AM-related products, services, materials, manufacturing and processing technologies to 1,185 visitors. Exhibitor Mr Lois De Jesus, Sales Director APAC & India of TEKNA, commented; “With its sharp focus on AM-related technologies and manufacturing, Formnext Forum Tokyo allows us to meet our ideal target visitors. We’ve conducted several business meetings and are sure to establish new business relationships with a number of them.”
First time participants were equally pleased with the results of their attendance. Mr Hiroshi Murayama, Manager, AM Sales Group, JEOL Ltd., shared his experience: “Most of the visitors here already have extensive knowledge about 3D printing technologies, therefore, it’s easy to communicate the benefits of our products to them. We are confident that attending this event will take our business to the next level. We will continue to exhibit here.”
